Why Take This Course

It is always a good idea to bring your operators up-to-speed with pre-season training.  This gets the mind refocused on both vehicle characteristics and plowing operations.  If the most experienced operator picks up a few tips and tricks – think of what the less experienced could be learning!  The value of this training can never be underestimated.

This is a customizable course on how to operate a snowplow with wing during winter operations.  It can easily be adjusted for a mixed audience of novice and experienced operators.  Subjects covered include worker safety, fatigue, pre-season preparations, salt usage, vehicle and attachment safety, pre-trips, winging operations and a familiarization on loading trucks with a loader.

For operators who have recently taken snowplow training, this course is available as a refresher course so your staff are fully prepared for the coming winter season.
